Laboratory Services
Full laboratory services are provided 24-Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365
days of the year by highly qualified and certified staff members. Complete and
professional services are provided by the state of the art automated laboratory equipment
with excellent turnaround time.
The Meditech Computer System links the laboratory with the Emergency Department,
as well as the Nursing Departments throughout Appling Hospital, assures the direct
transfer of information necessary for patient diagnosis and treatment. The Laboratory
operates under extremely high standards and is fully accredited with commendation by Joint
Commission on Accreditation of HealthCare Organizations.
