Appling Nursing Home is a hospital based 31 bed skilled Rehabilitative
and Long Term Care facility that strives to provide the very best in quality care.
| They are Hospice, Medicaid, Medicare and VA approved. 24-Hour nursing
care is provided on a continuous basis with all Rehabilitative Services such as: Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy which is located at Appling Hospital. Appling
Nursing Home is under the direct supervision of a licensed Administrator, and Director of
Nursing. ANH provides private and semi-private rooms. Recreational activities are offered
7 days a week under the supervision of an Activities Director. Social Services are offered
daily to meet the social, emotional, financial and psycho-social needs of the residents.
Transportation is offered for doctor’s visits as well as special recreational
activities such as shopping. Dietary services are offered with 3 full meals per day and
snacks provided by a licensed Dietary consultant trained in geriatrics. Appling Nursing
