Appling Convalescent Center
| Appling Convalescent Center is a 70 bed skilled and intermediate facility
operating 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. A fully qualified Administrator, Director of
Nursing, Social Worker and Activities Director are available to assist all residents.
Licensed nursing personnel are on duty at all times. Activities are provided for all
residents. Specialized Rehabilitation services such as Physical Therapy, Occupational
Therapy, and Speech Therapy are offered to assist residents in returning to their former
functioning level. Wound therapy is offered. Transportation is provided for doctor’s
appointments, trips, etc. Medicare beds are available and Medicaid payments are accepted.
Private pay is also accepted. All levels of care are provided for including acutely ill to
those who need long term care. |
