Medical Coverage:
Third Party Administration (TPA) JSLA. System currently contributes
60% of all premiums for employee and dependents.

Dental Coverage:
Dental Express, Includes: preventive, basic care, major care, &
orthodontic for children and adults. $2,000.00 annual maximum per
calendar year.

Life Insurance:
System provides life insurance for employees @ no cost, with the
option to purchase additional at extremely low group rates.

Disability:
System provides Long Term Disability (LTD) for employees @ no cost,
also with the option of purchasing Short Term Disability at group
rates.

Retirement:
VALIC, Appling HealthCare System contributes both basic & matching
contributions.

Direct Deposit:

savings account at no extra cost. “No more trying to get to the bank
in time or having to wait in long lines”.

All employees are eligible for PTO beginning with their date of hire.

Program (EAP): Provided by Appling HealthCare System, for you and
your dependents. The EAP is a prepaid and confidential program
designed to help resolve problems such as, marital, family issues,
substance abuse, job concerns, emotional problems and the list goes
on.
